Extra-Curricular

In addition to community and belonging, participation in curricular and extra-curricular activities play a crucial role in developing self esteem and self confidence. 

The Arts can help meet our needs for freedom and fun. They give us a sense of confidence and achievement.

The power of music to move the spirit, to connect to a deeper in life, to be a means of self expression and self actualisation is self evident. Add to this, the sheer enjoyment that music brings! BandLab, our Trad Sessions and ‘Little Night Music’ performances, allow students to participate outside the music classroom.

Debating, Toastmasters and Model United Nations all help students to strengthen their public speaking skills. The emphasis is very much on learning by doing.

Add to this our student led ‘Leaders on our Level’ Conference and Clubs such as French Club, Chess Club, Gaming Club, Coding and Future Science and there is hopefully something for everyone!
