First of all we would like to wish you all a very Happy Easter and hope you have all been keeping well over these last few weeks.
As we approach the Easter Holidays and unfortunately a time of continued restrictions and uncertainty we thought we would share with you some daily activities that students and/or indeed families could take part in over the next couple of weeks.

- Physical Activity at Home – a wide selection of basic exercises that could easily be done in the home environment.
- Sport Activity – now could be the time to learn to do that ‘Hand Stand’!
- College Run – re-create the College run in your own 2km area and try and beat your PB time.
- April Step Challenge – compete against family and friends!
As we break for Easter and we encourage you to take a break from your academic work, this could be a great time to introduce some more exercise into your daily lives.
Regular exercise has many benefits, it can help us to feel more energised, improve our mood and generally benefit our mental and physical health.
