The first ever "Leaders on our Level Conference" for Transition Year students was held in Croke Park last March. Over 800 students from almost 30 secondary schools across Leinster attended the event.

The event is organised by Transition Year students at Terenure College as part of their Transition Year projects. The College received very positive feed back from all schools who attended and have already received multiple enquiries from schools across the province regarding the 2008 event.
The key objectives of the "Leaders on our Level Conference" are.
To expose students at an early stage to the concepts of good leadership in business and the community
To introduce students to positive role models across a variety of disciplines
To help bridge the social divide
Provide a fun based learning experience
For the third year in a row, Transition Year students at Terenure College in Dublin have been working hard to organise a unique Conference on leadership which will be attended by over 850 Transition Year Students from schools all over Ireland. This half day Conference will take place on Friday, 13th March 2009 at Croke Park, Dublin from 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
