Career Guidance

Our Guidance Counsellor, Ms. Emer Aherne, works out of our designated Career Guidance Centre on the ground floor. The Centre is open to all students with both computer and library facilities.

Ms. Aherne offers both a one-to-one Counselling Service as well as assistance to students regarding their post Secondary School options such as CAO Application, advice on 3rd Level opportunities and the world of work.

Throughout the year Ms. Aherne carries out various assessments such as DATs, Drumcondra Reasoning Tests etc. and meets with and is always available to talk to students about their Subject Choices following 3rd and 4th Year.
